I truly enjoy working with all psychiatric diagnoses, but I especially enjoy working with borderline personality disorder and facilitating STEPPS group for this group of patients. I also have a strong passion in treating child and adult ADHD. I firmly believe in psychiatric wellness and work with my patients from a “whole person” approach to not only treat their illness with medication, but also therapy, good nutrition and general health.

My approach to mental health care is grounded in a holistic and conservative philosophy, encapsulated by the belief that "through more education, there is less medication." I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative environment, placing effective communication at the forefront to ensure that each client's voice is not only heard but becomes an integral part of their healing journey. I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and am dually certified in Family and Psychiatric medicine. Initially, I obtained my Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Degree, as I was unsure of what area of medicine I was interested in. All I knew was that I had a burning desire to improve my patients' overall health and well-being through independent practice. In 2019, I began thinking it was time to start focusing on my passion for mental health. I obtained my Master’s Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and am Board Certified.I believe an individual must be treated as a whole and not by illness alone.

I am a Psychiatrist and have been providing mental health services for 4 years in outpatient and in home settings. I see Individuals and I address anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, insomnia, psychosis.

Mustapha Olugbile is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with exceptional clinical skills. I specialize in providing the best quality care using evidence-based practice that includes medication management and therapeutic sessions. I have over eleven years’ experience in the field of mental illness. I worked as a registered nurse for 7 years before transitioning to psychiatric nurse practitioner the last 5 years. I provide both psychotherapy and psychopharmacological treatment.

Michael has been in the mental health field for eight years and has experience working with both adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Michael has worked with patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders, spectrum disorders, personality disorders, and behavioral disorders. Michael also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

Dr. Rebecca Gilfillan is a board certified psychiatrist, with expertise in a wide variety of psychiatric disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. She received her psychiatric training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and is currently an attending psychiatrist and the psychiatric medical student site director at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. She has a strong background in both medication management and psychotherapy, and believes in tailoring treatments to the individual, considering holistic and lifestyle changes equally as important as medications.

Shalom is a board-certified advanced practitioner with Full Practice Authority (FPA). He has worked in various behavioral health Hospitals since past 15 years in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient, managing care from adolescents with autism to older adults with dementia. His expertise lies in listening to patients and astute ability to develop a care plan/medication management cultured to each patient needs. Everyone is different and should be treated as such.
