We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and cognitive and behavioral concerns for all ages. Since I have both ADHD & dyslexia, we understand these conditions from a personal as well as professional standpoint. Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.

I have a diverse experience in treating a wide variety of psychopathology in both in patient and outpatient settings. I have a lifelong passion for learning and strive to learn and grow, keeping abreast of the latest evidence based treatment approaches so I can provide the best possible outcomes to my patients. Nataliya is a practicing clinician at Boston Neurobehavioral Associates, treating patients of all ages with a variety of mental health diagnoses. She moved to the US from Ukraine in 1991, with a degree in physics from the University of Tartu, Estonia. Nataliya received her Bachelor of Art in Biology from Wellesley College and studied platelet signaling at Beth Israel Hospital. She later entered a field of drug discovery as a platelet biologist and immunologist and worked at Biogen IDEC and Merk. Then, she graduated from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.

I focus on psychotropic medication management for individuals 18-years-old and above. At our practice we also offer full psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, which are useful in diagnostic clarification to help in treatment planning and medication management.

Dr. Esteban Toledo-Carrion is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 14 years of experience. He was born and raised in Ecuador and completed his medical training in his home country, where his interest and commitment to helping diverse populations began.

Beth Hawkins, RN, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. For the last 15 years Beth has been a practicing NP specializing in cardiology at Boston Children's Hospital and was inspired to obtain a second master's degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst in advanced practice mental health nursing upon noting the lack of access to pediatric psychiatric professionals with the expertise to support the mental health needs of her cardiac patients.

I am an ivy league-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist seeing patients for combined psychotherapy and medication management services by telehealth. My practice is small and patient-focused with a tailored approach to meet every patient's unique needs. My approach to treatment is to provide a safe, comforting environment where patients feel able to express themselves emotionally without fear of judgment. I pride myself on being empathic, warm and caring with an ability to personally connect with each of my patients and their families.
