I am a board certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with 15yrs+ experience, incorporating a holistic approach in management of both mental health and substance use treatment. Harmony Bay is a psychiatry and therapy office that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. We offer programs and services for both therapy and psychiatry including individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, and medication management.

I am a Harvard-affiliated psychiatrist and MIT-trained engineer with additional background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and genetics. I believe in the motto "Mind & Hand" and the transformative power of integrative care that aims to incorporate the full biopsychosocial experience of each patient and actualize lasting growth through facilitating insight, addressing root-causes, shifting paradigms, upgrading coping skills, and implementing measurable improvements.

If we work together, I will approach your treatment in this way to evaluate which medications and/or therapy modalities are most appropriate for you. I have an active therapeutic style to make sure your sessions are engaging, helpful, and sometimes even fun! Whether it's your first time seeking out help, or you've seen previous doctors before, I'm happy to talk to you more. As a psychiatrist, I can help with prescribing medications, therapy, obtaining or reviewing psychiatric diagnoses, or any combination of the above.

I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.
