I work with both adolescents and adults struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, PTSD, ADHD, substance use disorders and other psychiatric disorders.

I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

I provide care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 7 and above. I accept most insurance plans including United, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Cigna and Florida Blue. Currently we have availability on a weekly basis. Dr. Jacine Vilches is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with dual certification in family practice and psychiatry (double-boarded). After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.
