Executive Home Detox is a national Private Duty Registered Nurse prog for the client who wants private, competent & convenient tx. in the comfort of their home. Our focus is on safety & comfort. An RN, expert in medical detox, travels to the client & remains with the client in their home for the duration of the medical detox. The RN monitors the client's vital signs & hydration, manages physician prescribed medication, and assesses the medication efficacy. The RN also begins a process of recovery coaching & suggests ongoing continued care options to sustain recovery. This is a self-pay program geared to the high net worth client.

We provide Therapy services by incorporating patient-centered care while implementing a multi-disciplinary approach. Patient-centered care enables you to be the immediate source for information on your values in any clinical decision. Our goal is to include the perspective of the patients in their care and clinical decision-making process. Our multi-disciplinary approach to care assists the client and clinician to integrate the diversity of clients’ and clinician’s values while merging and outreaching with a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external specializations to deliver the best results for you.

I accept all MassHealth/ private insurance (some still pending) and can offer Same Day or Next Day appointments for new patients. Open dialogue is very important between myself and my patients. I want you to feel that you can bring any problem to me and, if I am not able to address it, I will help assist you in finding someone who can. It is important that there be honesty within the relationship so that I may best assist you, this includes being vocal about relapses so that we may work together to get past it. I want there to be a safe space where the patient can communicate all their needs without scrutiny or judgement.

I am currently practicing in primary care in Providence, RI with a special interest in addiction medicine, treating opioid and alcohol use disorders. I often utilizes medication assisted treatments in the care of her patient populations.
