I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with the unique combination of 14 years as a School Nurse as well as 20 years with a variety of inpatient and outpatient community based Mental Health clinics. This background allows me to support the child as well as the family and offer clients the opportunity for medication management in conjunction with psychiatric evaluations, collaboration with school personnel and psychotherapists, and appropriate referrals. This comprehensive approach delivers the opportunity to achieve the optimum health in all areas for children age 6 and older, adolescents and adults.

Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. I offer Medication Management & Counseling/Supportive Psychotherapy online via Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida, Massachusetts & Arizona. I am an experienced Independently licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Military Service Member. I provide care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 7 and above. I accept most insurance plans including United, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Cigna and Florida Blue. I also accept cash pay clients without insurance.

PivotCare Precision Psychiatry , an integrative psychiatric group practice provides outpatient adolescent, adult & geriatric Psychiatric Appointments via face-to-face visits or HIPAA compliant virtual visits. We offer outpatient Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other forms of psychotherapy including collaborative care integration with PCP's, second opinions for local physicians, and other providers. We offer evening , weekend appointments and can generally can schedule patients within 72 hours.

I have extensive experience in treating Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, ADHD and relational problems for more than 20 years. I have dual Board Certification in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry. I am very careful in treating my patients with medications and my goal is to find the lowest effective dose and avoid multiple medication use when possible. I think therapy is as important as medications and I offer both, at times together, when necessary. For self pay patients cost for initial 60 min evaluation is $500, 15 min fallow up is $150, 30 min fallow up is $275 and 45min fallow up is $400.

In addition to treating mental health disorders across the lifespan (depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, for instance), I have particular expertise and experience in treating people of any age with co-occurring struggles with substances, such as opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, cannabis, and alcohol.

I provide outpatient TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Services- covered by most insurances) psychiatric services for ages 15 (per insurance coverage) and above for depression, Anxiety, OCD and ADHD. I am currently practicing in primary care in Providence, RI with a special interest in addiction medicine, treating opioid and alcohol use disorders. I often utilizes medication assisted treatments in the care of her patient populations. I am well versed in co-occurring psychiatric conditions that contribute to addictive disorders, as well as multi-modal treatment options.
