With over two decades of experience as an Emergency Department RN, Ryan has honed his skills in caring for diverse patient populations, particularly those facing health disparities. Ryan's journey in healthcare began in 1999, serving at prestigious institutions such as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and St. Luke’s Hospital. Throughout his extensive career in emergency medicine, he has worked closely with vulnerable communities, fostering a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

Theresa M. Damien CNP, PMHNP is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Damien has over 13 years experience as a registered nurse with over 9 years of diverse clinical experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She earned her degree at Regis College where she was inducted into the nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau. Ms. Damien is dually certified as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice and active member of International Nursing Society on Addictions (IntNSA) and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).

Rachael Darian is a dually board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and specialist in adult primary care medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include general psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and addiction medicine. Rachael treats concerns and conditions related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, sleep disorders, and bipolar. She enjoys working with adults of all ages and has extensive experience working with active military personnel, veterans, emergency service workers, and disaster response workers.

After working at a level I trauma center and receiving her doctoral degree from Florida State University she practiced psychiatry in Boston with the severely mentally ill population treating disorders ranging from schizophrenia to generalized anxiety disorder and personality disorders. Recently she moved back to Florida to open her private telepsychiatry practice that focuses on the holistic treatment of mental health disorders.

Lhassane "Hassan" Oumalek is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with years of experience using a combination of therapy and medication management to alleviate mental health concerns and provide hope and healing to adults and seniors. He is well trained in the treatment of a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, insomnia, adjustment issues, as well as bipolar-related issues and schizophrenia-type disorders. He works with his clients to understand the whole person, family history, genetic makeup, and daily routine in order to help each individual find balance and success.

Welcome! I AM accepting new patients for medication management. I am a Board Certified PMHNP with 22 years nursing experience. My nursing philosophy hasn't changed in 22 years. My aim is to deliver the same level of care equal which is expected for members of my family.
