I am a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who is double board certified in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. I incorporate psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral, supportive therapies, and psychopharmacological management and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I have a lot of research and clinical work in sleep medicine and can utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help with your sleep difficulties.

I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Regis College, and later received my Masters Degree in Nursing from Regis College. Betty Yu , PMHNP-BC, CARN-AP, FNP-BC is an experienced nurse practitioner with triple-board certifications in psychiatry, addictions and internal medicine. Having accumulated extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, Betty is able to effectively address a diverse spectrum of psychiatric challenges, demonstrating a commitment to delivering comprehensive and impactful mental health care. Julie treats a variety of psychiatric conditions using an individualized approach and creates a treatment plan that is tailored to each patient's individual needs, desired outcome, and personal considerations.

Dr. Shailaja Emani is a board certified psychiatrist passionate about providing holistic, comprehensive, and evidence based psychiatric care. She has a wide variety of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults across treatment settings and complexity levels.

I am interested in helping individuals across the lifespan explore suitable, person-centered treatment options for anxiety, depression and PTSD find the right combination of medication management and psychotherapy.
