I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. My experience is over 16 years providing patient care for adults, and the elderly at the inpatient acute psychiatric units and, outpatient mental health setting. I have worked with integrated behavioral health primary care clinics, community, and federal qualified health centers, and private practices.

Katherine brings a humanistic approach to her practice. She uses her background in primary care medicine as well as psychiatry to provide compassionate and client-focused care, and to meet the needs of each patient as individuals. Katherine’s clinical experience is broad and includes adult medicine, geriatrics, community health, and college health. Katherine provides medication therapy using evidence-based practice, which include micro-dosing strategies for care tailored to individual needs.

I believe that there is nothing brighter than a child's mind. This is why I am passionate about working with children and adolescents of diverse cultural backgrounds struggling with mental health conditions. While I provide psychopharmacological treatment, I believe that treatment should be dynamic, person centered with strong emphasis on life style and behavioral changes as well as environmental supports. Working with a multidisciplinary team is the most effective approach to manage mental health conditions, this is why I REQUIRE that all my clients MUST BE actively engaged on individual/behavioral therapy.

I am a board-certified English/Spanish bilingual psychiatric nurse practitioner treating mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder and PTSD. Skilled in assessment, diagnosis and medication management through evidence-based care for safe and effective outcomes, I build targeted and individualized treatment plans for patients while providing therapeutic support and a willingness to collaborate with therapists for mutual patients. Throughout more than eight years of experience, I’ve provided patient care across a variety of settings, including ER care, inpatient psychiatry and outpatient psychiatry.

I accept all MassHealth/ private insurance (some still pending) and can offer Same Day or Next Day appointments for new patients. Open dialogue is very important between myself and my patients. I want you to feel that you can bring any problem to me and, if I am not able to address it, I will help assist you in finding someone who can. It is important that there be honesty within the relationship so that I may best assist you, this includes being vocal about relapses so that we may work together to get past it. I want there to be a safe space where the patient can communicate all their needs without scrutiny or judgement.

Dr. Arcia is board-certified in Adult Psychiatry. She obtained her MD degree from the University of Coimbra (Portugal). Thereafter, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine, before pursuing residency training in Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center (Brighton, MA), where she also served as Chief Resident in Psychiatry. She has over 13 years of clinical experience in both in-patient and out-patient treatment of patients with a wide range of psychiatric disorders, especially in patients with medical comorbidities. She is also certified in electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) by Cornell University.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, trauma, and mood disorders. I have had a long career working in mental healthcare at McLean Hospital, treating patients ranging in age from late adolescence through the elderly, and completed my clinical training there while earning my graduate degree from Regis College. I believe treatment to be multifaceted, with medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes as factors that work best in concert with each other.

Dr. Esteban Toledo-Carrion is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 14 years of experience. He was born and raised in Ecuador and completed his medical training in his home country, where his interest and commitment to helping diverse populations began.

Danielle brings warmth, humor, and compassion into each session, and engages whole-heartedly in providing holistic and patient-centered care. She has a “less is more” approach with medication management, believing that the bare minimum amount of medication that can provide a thriving quality of life is always ideal. She blends her knowledge of psychopharmacology with thoughtful therapeutic relationship-building to provide a trusting, informed, and judgement-free atmosphere for her patients.

Holistic Behavioral Health Services provides both outpatient and tele-psychiatry mental health services in Dracut and surrounding areas. Tele-psychiatry services are provided in the comfort of your home using a computer/ a phone. We accepting new patients. Evening and weekend hours are available to those busy during office hours. Marcela has a Bachelors in Science from University of Miami, and earned her MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. She has been in Emergency Medicine for 10 years, and also works as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. Marcela's goal at BNBA is to make her patients feel like they can always reach out, and to make them feel their very best. Marcela loves to travel and Florida Gator Football- Go Gators!

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical practice across a variety of settings. My approach to mental health and medication management is patient centered. Understandably, many come to new providers feeling nervous or even jaded and unheard by previous experiences in health care. I like to collaborate with my patients to design a treatment plan that feels right. I practice psychiatry and medication management but I can also offer integrative approaches for those who are not interested in meds or would like to augment their treatment plan.
