We address and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, schizophrenia and dual diagnosis.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to individuals across the lifespan. I graduated from the MGH Institute of Health Professions with a BS in Nursing and, after gaining experience as a registered nurse, attained a master's from Northeastern University. As an RN, I worked at Massachusetts General Hospital on the Inpatient Psychiatric Service. I offer Medication Management & Counseling/Supportive Psychotherapy online via Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida, Massachusetts & Arizona. I am an experienced Independently licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Military Service Member. I provide care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 7 and above. I accept most insurance plans including United, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Cigna and Florida Blue. I also accept cash pay clients without insurance.

For the past 8 years, I have been working as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult mental health. I am a Board-Certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist in private practice in Cambridge, MA. Most of my work is currently with undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals. My initial consultation typically involves multiple appointments as I gather information about you and your concerns. Then, we can discuss pros and cons of potential next steps, and work together to form a plan. I see most patients for psychotherapy (talk therapy), and some for a combination of psychotherapy and medication management.

This distress manifests as depression,mood swings,anxiety, racing thoughts,paranoia,insomnia etc.People are complicated. I do a comprehensive evaluation listening for various psychological, emotional and biologic "clues". This is an interactive and iterative process. "Our" formulation guides the treatment. I practice both psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. I often consult for colleagues in psychology and social work regarding the use of medications.I then manage the medications as part of the treatment team.
