I am a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston College and a Teaching Associate at Harvard Medical School. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a registered yoga teacher, I specialize in providing mindful mental health services, including prescribing psychiatric medications and using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
