My name is Lauren Wenzl, I am a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. In 2016 I achieved a Masters Degree in Physician Assistance from Keiser University and now have 7 years practice experience. I have come to understand that all of us need someone to listen to our concerns. Someone who listens without judging, offers empathy, compassion, and lends an ear to our struggles can make a significant impact in our mental health. My goal is to provide that relief to my patients through talk, recommendations, medications, or therapeutic care guidance.

Welcome! My name is Linda Sheppard-Reece, and I am board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Currently, I choose to work with young adults through retirement-aged adults. I take a holistic approach to helping individuals manage mental illness through psychopharmacological, psychotherapeutic and lifestyle interventions.

As a Yale trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with a Master's Degree in Psychology, and extensive training in both psychiatry and psychology, I will provide holistic, comprehensive, person-centered care. My commitment to you, is to not only treat the most overt symptoms currently showing up, but explore all contributing factors, and root causes, to develop a deeper understanding of how to best meet your goals. From this full-scope of awareness, and global insight, we will collaboratively work to create an integrative care plan that brings meaningful, sustainable, changes that improve your quality of life, and overall wellbeing.

In envisioning my ideal client, I see someone who is courageous and committed to their journey of self-discovery and healing. They may be grappling with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, but they are determined to confront these challenges head-on. Their needs encompass both emotional support and practical guidance as they navigate their path towards mental wellness. My ideal client seeks a compassionate and understanding ally who can offer them a safe space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. They crave validation, empathy, and validation.
