My clinic is named Being You Mental Health because I believe "being you" is a unique experience, and I feel honored to help my patients overcome barriers to becoming their most authentic and unique selves. I employ a strengths-based, patient-centered, and collaborative approach and I combine psychotherapy with psychiatric medication management (only if needed) to help my patients achieve the most improvement in their mental health and functioning.
