After completing training in 2012 at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center of Shreveport, I began practicing psychiatry. have experience practicing in multiple settings including emergency room, hospital, medical wards, outpatient programs, outpatient offices, correctional facilities, research substance use programs and teaching programs.

Dr. Marina Nesterenko is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a 1997 medical school graduate in Kiev, Ukraine and completed her Residency and Fellowship at State University of New York in Syracuse, NY. Areas of patient care for child/adolescent/adult include ADHD, PTSD, anger aggression, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks.

Dr. Irene Mazur graduated with honors from the Ternopol Medical School in Ternopol, Ukraine, in 1992. After her move to the US, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship in in UMDNJ, Piscataway, NJ. Her area of expertise include: autism, aggression, developmental delay, ADHD, depression, and PTSD. In 2023, Dr. Mazur had received well-deserved recognition and was acknowledged as a Top Pinnacle Professional for her contributions to the field of Psychiatry.

Dr. Cidambi is board certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine (ABAM). She completed her residency in Psychiatry from Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn and a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine from NYU/Bellevue. Dr. Cidambi was the Director of Chemical Dependency at New Jersey's oldest inpatient mental health/substance abuse hospital. In 2010, Dr. Cidambi started her own substance abuse treatment facility, Center for Network Therapy (RecoveryCNT.com), providing outpatient detoxification from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates and suboxone, and partial care and IOP programs. The Center for Network Therapy is in-network with most major private health insurance providers.

As a Board Certified General Adult, as well as Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and young adults to overcome and cope with various obstacles throughout the developmental span. I completed my Child and Adolescent training at Columbia and Cornell Universities NYPH Fellowship and stayed on as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Columbia University Child Psychiatry Division. Currently, I am an Associate Director of Pediatric Psychiatry Emergency and Consultation-Liaison Services at Columbia University Medical Center. I started my career as a child psychiatrist and a researcher 20 years ago. I was interested not only in biological basis of mental disorders, but in psychotherapy and the concept of change. Upon immigration to the US, I studied among influential psychiatrists and therapists in New York and Boston. Currently I work in inpatient and outpatient settings, supervise medical students, and conduct psychiatric research. As I have been for the past 20 years, I am still fascinated with the amazing, complex process of individual development.

I am a physician with more than overall 30 years of clinical experience and 25 years in my private psychiatry and psychoanalysis practice. During my time at psychiatry residency program at University of Maryland I have been trained under the guidance of leading psychiatrists and psychoanalysts of the country in all psychiatry and psychotherapy models and methods with a special emphasis on psychoanalytical and psychodynamic therapies. I am treating anxiety disorders by the Mind Reframing Technique. I my private practice my goal is to help patients without the use of medications.

My treatment philosophy involves operating from a biopsychosocial framework to implement the most comprehensive treatment plan for each patient. I believe psychopharmacological interventions are an important part of a treatment plan, but are most efficacious in conjunction with other non-pharmacological interventions such as psychodynamic or cognitive behavioral psychotherapy as well as integrative medicine. My services include consultation, medication management and TMS. I work very closely with a number of therapists who I refer to if therapy is essential to your treatment.
