I am an adult psychiatrist with many years of experience. After working in inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs for almost 15 years, I have chosen to focus on my private practice, where I can make a personal difference in the lives of my patients. I do not believe in medication-only treatment. I feel that each of my patients has very unique issues and problems, and needs to be treated as an individual, without one-size-fits-all solutions. I focus on getting to know my patients and creating an individualized treatment plan.

Helping motivated individuals overcome substance use, drug abuse, addiction alcohol, even if failed in the past. Being an addiction psychiatrist, I’ll treat any other psychiatric issues, depression, anxiety - including those in stable recovery. I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in psychiatry. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, trained at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and worked as a Psychiatric Consultation Liason at Northwell Health at Long Island Medical Center.

I have grown into tele-psychiatry with my patients and they love it!. It’s ideal for psychiatric medication management but I do spend an hour each month with my people and am available 24/7 directly to me between visits for any questions or concerns that might arise. We do set goals and work together towards them often in concert with psychotherapists and/or 1:1. I specialize in all mood disorders, thought disorders, and substance use disorders. I am licensed to prescribe Suboxone/buprenorphine if this is indicated. My patients have been surprised by the punctuality and quality of my services compared to what they have experienced.

She spent 16 years treating patients with Substance-Use Disorders and mental illnesses. She specializes in Medication Management and Medication Assisted Treatment (Suboxone). She assesses, diagnoses and treats adults and children with sleep disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD and much more. She offers Individual, Group, Family, and Support Therapies in addition to Motivational Interview Therapy.

Kyle Wiktor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults. Kyle has treated multiple diagnoses including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and dual diagnoses. He strives to provide the best mental health treatment to his patients by being empathetic, compassionate , and kind by utilizing his vast experience and knowledge of Psychiatry.

I am a Columbia trained, board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist. My practice focuses on mood, anxiety, and substance use disorders, as well as individuals who are facing problems with relationships, their career, or self-esteem. My approach is collaborative and utilizes psychotherapy, lifestyle modification, and medication/supplementation as needed. Together, we can work to relieve troubling symptoms and behaviors, as well as achieve greater self understanding and personal growth.

My expertise lies in treating addiction and alcohol abuse in high functioning Executives and Professionals. Rather than classify patients as "addicts" and put them in a one-size-fits-all spiritual or CBT program, my practice philosophy is a fully individualized, humanistic treatment approach. I am an NYU-educated, Board Certified Psych NP with 10 years experience providing authentic and non-judgmental nursing care. My practice focuses on the treatment of: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, insomnia & substance use disorders. I trained in addiction treatment, med management & psychotherapeutic modalities and takes a holistic, individualized approach to treatment.

I am a Columbia-trained general and addiction psychiatrist and researcher. My practice focuses on delivering high-quality treatment to a small number of patients. I focus on complex substance use, co-morbid/dual diagnoses cases such as Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and depression, and behavioral addictions such as sex/gaming addiction. I conduct both talk therapy and use medications in my practice and work with both patients and their families. The goal is transformative change in behavior patterns to help patients achieve their highest level of functioning.

I am a fellowship-trained Addiction Psychiatrist offering virtual appointments for patients in Pennsylvania and in-person appointments for patients in Philadelphia (call for NY availability). I have a special interest in working with individuals with co-morbid mental health and substance use disorders, and have extensive clinical experience treating a full range of psychiatric and substance use disorder diagnoses. I practice using a harm-reductionist approach and strive to work collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their goals, work through resistance, and develop motivation for behavioral change.

Patricia Janson is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Therapy. She has many years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families with expertise in treating a broad range of emotional and behavioral problems.

Together through a trusting relationship clients and I will develop treatment plans that best suit each clients needs. I have practiced in multiple settings including office based, hospitals, Hospice/palliative care and home-care. My vast experience has provided a knowledge base that will help to provide the best care for my clients. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use disorders, OCD, bipolar disorders and the symptoms of dementia. I am open-minded, warm and inquisitive and am passionate about helping others.
