Michelle has 4 years of experience in outpatient psychiatry. Before working as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Michelle worked for several years on an inpatient psychiatry unit. Michelle earned her doctorate in nursing from Duke University. She has two master's degrees in nursing from Capital University and The Ohio State University. She received two bachelor's degrees, one in education from Ohio University and one in nursing from Capital University.

I enjoy working with individuals to identify what keeps them from fulfilling things they wish to do and things they have to do. Individual/client needs might include meeting them where they are, setting realistic & achievable goals, approaching them with gentleness, recognition of their strengths and who they are as a person. Lejeana Miller is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2004. She is a graduate of Wright State University where she earned her master's degree in Science with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Concentration in 2021. Lejeana has over 15 years of psychiatric experience in areas such as geriatric psychiatry, neurology, adult inpatient acute psychiatry, psychiatric intensive care, community mental health, and addiction.

Esther B. Gotfryd is certified by the American Academy of Nurse practitioners in Family practice and by the American Nurse Credentialing Center in psychiatric mental health across the lifespan. She received her Master's and Post Master's degrees in nursing from Ursuline College, specializing in family practice and psychiatry. Her previous experience includes work in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. She is a Suboxone provider for the treatment of opiate and opioid disorders. She provides medication management and therapy for ages 15-64.

Katie Stanford is a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with adults (18+) and provides care for patients who struggle with mental health issues. Katie has experience with and currently offers medication management, supportive therapy, and other integrative treatment modalities. Her treatment approach is rooted in a holistic, patient centered model of care. Katie is a military veteran who studied at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Wilkes University where she ultimately obtained a Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
