Incorporation of all of these areas is necessary to promote healing in individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.

Welcome! I am accepting ages 16 and up. My role involves addressing symptoms and challenges that patients face with medication, but also identifying other factors that could contribute to their mental health. This includes medical conditions, lifestyle factors, coping skills, and more. I always encourage my patients to participate in therapy. I offer genetic testing to help narrow down psychotropic medication options and to help patients understand why previous medications may not have worked. I empower my patients to actively participate in making decisions. I feel it is important to be an advocate of your own care.

I am an Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist trained to listen empathically to patients with deep respect for their emotional troubles. Depression, Anxiety, ADHD and Executive Functioning disorders, Autism and Aspergers Syndrome are a major focus of my practice. Women's Health, Eating disorders, Bipolar disorder, OCD, Psychosis and Schizophrenia are also treated extensively. Pharmacotherapy and Psychotherapy are employed with kindness and compassion to restore balance and quality of life. I employ an Integrative Psychiatric approach to resolve underlying root causes of illness and achieve symptom relief.

Hi! I have been in mental health care for almost 15 years in a variety of settings. The bulk of my experience has been in the high acuity setting of Emergency Psychiatry. I have a passion for empathic care that seeks to understand and help those dealing with not just mental illness, but the stress of life in general. I treat individuals of all ages and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. I am also particularly passionate about providing care for psychotic and psychosis related disorders, as well as working with sexual identity and gender identity concerns.

Clients come with come with mental health and/or sleep issues. The goal is an improved quality of life or rather a sense of wellbeing. If it is a major episode of depression or an episode of psychosis, the goal is remission and relapse prevention. It is a place where you can safely, reliably and productively simplify your complex pharmaceutical regimen. The approach to treatment is multidisciplinary and prescribing or deprescribing might be recommended (but not enforced). We offer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) for treatment resistant depression or obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I also want to make certain that others the client cares about are included in our collaborative planning process. My ideal client is the one who I am working with at the time! I am Board Certified at the Doctorate level to provide therapies and biopsychosocial care for ages 13 years and throughout the lifespan. I use mindfulness and a calm atmosphere in order to meet individual, couple, family and even community needs.

I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Providing exceptional mental health care to the pediatric population is my number one goal. Continuing to break the stigma associated with mental health, I'm a non-judgemental listening ear and strive to help children reach their true potential. Specializing in pediatric trauma, I not only can help with medication management, but also provide resources to ensure your child is receiving a well-rounded treatment approach.

I believe that anyone who takes the path to wellness deserves to have a voice and to be treated with respect and empowerment. I treat patients of all ages from 5+. I enjoy working with both children and adults. I am currently pursuing specialty certification in Perinatal Mental Health to treat women both during and after their pregnancy. I have also been certified in pediatrics and critical care as an RN. I strive to help patient's with their overall health.
