Ifeoma Uzoh-Anigbogu is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years experience in mental health, addiction, and family services to diversified patient population. My interest in Psychology began by spending time with my stepfather, who was a psychiatrist. I became very interested in schizophrenia in 7th grade, which was a surprise to my teacher. I remember my stepfather helping me figure out how to pronounce medications during a trip to see my grandparents. In college, in the 1980’s, I volunteered for a domestic violence shelter/suicide hotline. I took every Psychology course offered by my undergraduate university as my electives.

I also help those who struggle with relationship problems and have difficulty managing their emotions.I have been practicing psychiatry for over 30 years since completing my residency training in adult psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University. I have practiced in multiple clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient and Intensive outpatient programs. I see both adults and adolescents. In addition to medication management for most psychiatric disorders, I often also provide individual psychotherapy, marital therapy and family therapy.

I am passionate about making sure my clients feel heard. I want my patients to leave their appointments knowing that their provider cares about their progress and their overall health and happiness. I serve clients of all ages, and have a special interest in adolescents and young adults with anxiety, depression, panic disorders and trauma. Julia is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and holds a master’s degree in nursing from Ohio University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota. Prior to becoming a nurse, she worked as psychosocial specialist helping patients who have mental health challenges navigate the healthcare system and community resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Idaho State University. For the last 11 years she has practiced as an intermediate ICU nurse in a variety specialties.

Our God-given mission is to provide holistic, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment to those who suffer from mental illness, emotional pain, and addiction. Our team consist of a psychiatrist, therapist/counselors, nurse practitioners, and nurses to help clients achieve real outcomes with their mental health and addiction recovery.

Jasmine Shafto is a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She is certified in behavioral health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the states of Kentucky and Ohio. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has provided psychiatric nursing services for more than 15 years in inpatient, outpatient, and community behavioral healthcare settings. Her scope of practice includes individuals 13 years of age and older.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to navigate challenges that hinder the experience of the beauty and joy of life. I look to build healthy and trustworthy relationships with clients in order to tackle some of life's most difficult issues. In a confidential and safe environment, I address areas of addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, marital/premarital counseling, etc. I am able to address minor and major problems that are impeding you from experiencing your full potential.
