Hello, I'm a board-certified psychiatrist with a focus on serving the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults. While much of my current practice is within a partial psychiatric hospital setting, I also maintain a limited private psychiatric practice to cater to a diverse range of patients outside of my typical clinical environment. Dr. Sasieta is a child and adolescent psychiatrist, who has been practicing in Texas since 2017. She is a native Texan, an Aggie, and received her medical degree in 2012 from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. Her psychiatry residency was completed at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry at The University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.

I have a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I love what I do and I'm passionate about helping others. I came to Texas in 2010 as a motivated student and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University in 2015. I gained valuable experience working in the intermediate and cardiac intensive care unit. In 2018, I had an amazing opportunity to serve on a medical mission trip in the Dominican Republic. My passion for mental health emerged from my experience in critical care, where I realized that I cared about my patient's mental health.
