I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over ten years of clinical expertise among diverse patient populations. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, trauma, substance use disorders, and ADHD. I am experienced in treating adults, adolescents, and children.

I am board certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and have had a licensed nurse since 1978. I have worked in Emergency Triage of Psychiatric Problems, and worked on many inpatient Psychiatric Units. For the last 15 years I have been a Nurse Practitioner and have been helping people with Emotional and Mental Problems live successful and productive lives. A combination of medication and psychotherapy help people get better. I have worked in collaboration with Dr. Boris Rubashkin since 2004.

I am certified in primary psychiatry/mental health for patients 6 years and older. I treat anxiety, depression, bipolar, Autism, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, panic, ADHD, addiction with MAT (Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Suboxone, Sublocade, Buprenorphine), and more. I also provide unique, integrated treatment for patients who are stress eaters, emotional eaters, binge eaters, or those who have gained weight on psychiatric medication.

As a provider i strive to help You attain the goals you feel are realistic. Not only do i provide medication during my sessions, but i take time out to actually check on my patients well being. This means seeing how life is treating you.My sessions are never rushed and i am able to go beyond the "15min medication follow up " if needed. As your provider my first question to you is how do you want me to help you, this is vital in our patient-provider relationship because i never seek to impose my thoughts or opinions.
