In my free time, I can be found enjoying nature through hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and skiing with my family.

Trained at Wright State University with a focus on integrating psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, Dr. Alexander excels in delivering personalized treatment plans with proven effectiveness. She actively engages with the narratives that shape patients' lives, forging therapeutic alliances as unique as the individuals she serves. This patient-first approach, combined with a rich background in community engagement, positions Dr. Alexander as a psychiatrist who understands the complexities of the complete human experience - mind, body and spirit.

I am a board certified Pediatric / Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am commited to helping kids and teenagers with mental health issues. I have over 20 years experience of caring for kids. I specialize in diagnosing and treating children ages 6 y.o.-21 y.o. suffering from emotional and behavioral disorders, including, ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, ODD and others. I love seeing the positive changes that occur in childrens' lives from proper diagnosis, treatment and management of emotional distress or pain.

Hannah enjoys listening to her patients’ needs and coming up with creative, patient-centered care that is tailored to her patient using diverse treatment modalities such as medication management, therapy, lifestyle, and psychedelic therapies. Hannah loves to empower her patients and help them make decisions that will improve overall mental health and give them the tools necessary to do so.

Upon graduating from the University of Kansas and Wichita State University with a Masters in Nursing in December 1992, I embarked on a fulfilling journey dedicated to mental health care. Joining the outpatient mental health team at the wonderful George Whalen Veteran’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, I had the privilege of providing medication management and various individual and group psychotherapies for 26 years. In May 2006, earning my Doctorate from the College of Nursing at the University of Utah was a significant milestone that deepened my commitment to serving others.

I was born and grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico and I'm passionate about serving individuals from diverse backgrounds. I emphasize in collaborative care to create an individualized treatment plan combining knowledge of both physical and mental health care to achieve wellness.

I recognize that seeking treatment for mental health and eating disorders can be a difficult and vulnerable experience, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where my clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe in taking care of the whole person which encompasses not only your mental health, but also, your physical well-being. Having worked as a L&D nurse for 14 years I have an extensive knowledge of women's health issues during and after pregnancy. I also worked with the severely mentally ill population for several years where I became skilled in treating and understanding bipolar, schizophrenia and personality disorders. She is an ethical healthcare provider with the ability to stay calm, and intervene during the most difficult tasks. She has a proven ability to build positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians, and other medical professionals. Samantha is an effective motivator, communicator, and advocate. She has an inherent ability to manage all personalities, defuse stressful situations, proactively resolve issues, and meet and achieve challenging goals and objectives.

Mitzy Stewart is an advance practice registered nurse (APRN). She has in nursing for 45 years and has worked as a APRN for 20 years. She graduated with a masters degree in education and administration from the University of Phoenix and as an APRN from the University of Utah in 2003. She has enjoyed working with a variety of populations, which include the seriously mentally ill homeless population, substance abuse and all types of mental health settings. She approaches every client that she sees with an open mind and to allow the client to be a partner in their own treatment.

Dr. Haines has over 25 years of clinical experience, the majority of which has been spent treating children and families. She is nationally board-certified in Neonatology, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry specialties. In both clinical and residential treatment settings, Dr. Haines has worked extensively with individuals suffering from a variety of traumas and mental health disorders. She specializes in Child, Adolescent and Family Psychiatry and provides diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy, as well as collaboration with other psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare providers to optimize the patient's treatment plan.

I was drawn to the mental health field due to a need to help those that are suffering from various mental health disorders and the mental health crisis taking place. I want to be able to provide competent, effective, and comprehensive mental health care on an outpatient basis to those in need in a rural community that doesn't have as much access to mental health care. I will actively work to help reduce stigma surrounding mental health concerns. I wish to be able to work in cooperation with my patients to find helpful solutions and treatments to their complaints, symptoms, concerns, and to make daily life better for them.

Accepting new patients! As a PMHNP I strive to help my patients feel heard & seen in an often dark and confusing mindset that can make them feel lost, misunderstood, and hopeless. To create a healthy therapeutic alliance between my patients and I is of utmost importance to me & aids in providing mental health relief. Being someone who personally struggles with bipolar I disorder, depression, ADHD, and anxiety, I can relate to my patients on a deeper level and provide optimal understanding. Through maintaining the therapeutic alliance & providing insight I aim to provide excellent mental health care to all of my patients.
