I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience working-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience working with patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My experience includes treating patients with substance abuse/addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. Dr. Owusu is a dual-certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Virginia and Maryland. I have many years of experience working in healthcare and a background in working with young adult, and geriatric populations in both inpatient, outpatient, and community nursing. I trained at the Howard Univ Hospital & UMD-Sheppard Pratt, where I served as the Chief fellow as well. I worked with Loudoun County initially, which provided me the opportunity to treat complex patients, and understand critical community- based issues. I have been working in the outpatient sector for the past decade. I specialize in ADHD, early childhood disorders including Autism, Mood disorders, Anxiety, OCD, trauma etc. I collaborate closely with families, schools, clinicians and other systems as per the need of the patient.

Dr. Patricia Obeng is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from George Mason University, Virginia, and has over 12 years of combined healthcare experience. Her expertise includes both inpatient and outpatient mental health services, as well as acute care in family medicine.
