I am a Brown University-trained psychiatrist with expertise in psychopharmacology and different types of psychotherapy, I completed a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute and am Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Jocelyn Soffer, M.D. is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in private practice, offering psychotherapy and psychopharmacology treatment. She received her B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University, and her M.D. from the Yale University School of Medicine. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Internship and Residency at Mount Sinai, serving as chief resident, with Board Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She also completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU, and is now on faculty there as Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, teaching undergraduates.
