I am an NYU-educated, ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in providing authentic and non-judgmental nursing care. My focus are the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and insomnia. I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. My approach is collaborative, individualized, holistic from a shared decision-making perspective, which combine therapy styles from Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) with IFS-informed (Internal Family System-informed) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Irene Tetzlaff is a skilled and compassionate clinician. She specializes in psychotherapeutic methods and medication management for adults and seniors. Irene utilizes a holistic approach to wellness, treating her clients as individuals and not simply a list of symptoms to be treated. She employs modern telepsychiatry platforms for her client visits.

I have traditional training in psychoanalysis and psychopharmacology, but I also use hypnosis, EMDR, and other innovative forms of treatment. Dr. Gundu Reddy is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in New York City. Prior to starting residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine she pursued additional research in HIV psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU psychoanalytic institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.
