Jeffery Smith, MD is an author and leader who specializes in helping individuals and families in their most challenging and difficult times. He offers thoughtful and through evaluation, diagnosis and discussion of options in person and online. He is full clinical professor at New York Medical College, as well as Leader of the Psychotherapy Caucus of the American Psychiatric Association and President Elect of the Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy Integration. His years of practice and teaching other therapists allow him to give patients confidence in navigating the maze of mental health treatments and choices.

We understand that you are coming to us at one of the most vulnerable and difficult times in your life. We will listen to your concerns without judgement and offer a safe space to overcome your unique challenges. We are here to help if you are struggling with overwhelming feelings of sadness, irritability, anxious thoughts, or chaotic shifts in your mood. We can assess for ADHD if you feel unable to focus or struggle with completing tasks without distraction. We are experienced in providing trauma informed care.

With board certification in adult as well as geriatric psychiatry, I have the training and experience to treat clients across the entire adult age range. I believe firmly in an existential and holistic approach to clients--whether the treatment involves psychotherapy, medication management, or both.

Hello, I look forward to meeting you! My name is Anna and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner In the state of New York. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ Care, Relationship Issues, Women's Issue Therapy as well as medication management. I work with an amazing group of colleagues at Lavender, an online psychiatry and therapy office, where we believe psychiatric care shouldn't be expensive nor impossible to access.

I am a Columbia and Albert Einstein trained, board certified adult psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. In addition to working with patients, I am actively engaged in teaching and supervising younger psychiatrists and psychologists.
