I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. As a BIPOC provider I believe navigating clients’ life challenges through an intersectional lens is necessary in order to heal. My approach offers clients a holistic and integrative approach to treatment. Along with a functional medicine in lieu of medication management, I provide supportive psychotherapy that incorporates and skills based techniques.

Hello and welcome to my profile! I have a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Columbia University in Psychiatry and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues, including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, insomnia, bipolar, and psychotic-spectrum disorders. I take a holistic approach to psychiatry and work to help with burn out and stress to best assist individuals to flourish in their daily lives.

Dr. Marken is a Columbia- and Cornell-trained, board-certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist. He was on faculty at Harvard Medical School and is now on faculty at New York University. Dr. Marken predominantly provides psychotherapy and/or medication management. He has a patient-centered approach that provides thorough and individualized care for your particular needs. As a physician, Dr. Marken focuses on the interaction between the biological, the psychological, and the environmental contributors to mental health. He is a member of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry and works with athletes at all levels.
