Dr. Kelly is a Board Certified General Psychiatrist, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and Psychopharmacologist. After completing his training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and directing their Residency Training Program, he moved back to Los Angeles and is currently a professor with UCLA. Due to high demand for his individualized services, he now also sees outpatients in two locations, Manhattan Beach and Beverly Hills. Welcome! I'm Stephanie Reed, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of California. My practice focuses on helping people through a combination of medication (if needed) and other lifestyle or behavioral interventions that may help recovery and reaching personal goals. I treat adults of all ages for a broad range of conditions, with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I use an eclectic approach to helping people uncover and understand the nature of the struggles they are having and help us come to an effective treatment plan together.

I am a board certified psychiatrist, a medical doctor who specializes in treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I apply a combination of medication management and individual therapy. The first appointment is to identify the symptoms that are causing distress or interfering with patient’s function to make treating these particular symptoms a clinical priority. Examples may be difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up too early in the morning, excessive worry or finding it hard to “let things go”, feeling tired all of the time or losing interest in things.

My goal as a psychiatrist is to partner with you to help you achieve balance and resilience. I have found that the science of medicine and the art of psychotherapy can be wonderfully effective tools to help people heal and move forward. I am also very comfortable working with supplements (such certain herbs, vitamins and minerals), mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and exercise, and also can provide neurostimulation consultation and techniques, when necessary.

I am Uchechi Nwosu-Iroha. I am dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. I support my clients with medication management, therapy, and coaching. I will utilize a person-centered approach by providing unconditional positive regard and implementing active listening and supportive reflection to establish trust and build therapeutic rapport. I often use CBT, DBT interventions, relaxation and mindfulness and internal family systems in my practice, but I may employ various treatment types to support you.
