I have over 38 yrs of experience using psychopharmacology to treat depression, bi-polar, anxiety, dementias, ADHD, traumatic injuries, PTSD, and complex psychiatric disorders compounded by medical illnesses. I believe a holistic approach to treatment offers optimal outcomes. I also offer home consultations and Concierge Service.

I have been fortunate to help treat a wide variety of patients and their families living with an extensive range of mental health conditions. I founded www.themomenthealth.com to create a safe space for our clients looking to both heal and grow. By using a bio/psycho/social/spiritual approach, we allow for holistic treatment that is tailored to the individual.

I am currently an outpatient provider associated with the Moment Health by Dr. Stacy Cohen. I help assist, diagnose, and treat a variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, bipolar, and personality disorders. We pride ourselves in using a combined approach utilizing biological, psychologic, social, and spiritual approach for each patient. I can help initiate, manage, adjust, or titrate off medications as well as help coordinate your care with therapists, addiction counselors, and treatment centers.

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with experience treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. My areas of special interest include anxiety and panic disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I enjoy working with adolescent and transitional-aged youth (TAY) patients, particularly with student mental health issues. I am passionate about truly understanding my patients and taking an individualized approach to treatment that puts each patient’s priorities at the center.

Matthew Goldenberg D.O. is double Board Certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry and is a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO). Dr. Goldenberg is an expert in the evaluation and treatment of mental health disorders and is an addiction specialist for adults in his private practice in Santa Monica, California. Dr. Goldenberg is a trusted aviation and HIMS trained psychiatrist and has extensive clinical and academic experience evaluating and treating healthcare providers.

With extensive expertise in psychiatric medication management, homeopathy, and mind-body medicine psychotherapies, Dr. Sagan offers a unique combination of treatments to help you or your loved one find stability, peace and balance, safely and effectively. At your first appointment Dr. Sagan will review and adjust any medication you may be taking to the most safe and effective regimen possible, or start new medications if indicated. At subsequent appointments, in a dynamic and highly intuitive environment, you will develop a deep understanding of yourself through mind-body techniques that are also designed to eventually replace your medication if practiced regularly.

I help adults of all ages work through their problems, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, job loss, bereavement, and coping with illness. I am a psychiatrist that also practices psychotherapy and treatment may consist of talk therapy, medications, or both.
