I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who uses a biopsychosocial model to individualize treatment to meet the needs of each client. This model takes into account the various aspects of an individual including genetics, self-concept, family historyand culture. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and difficult life transitions such as relationship impasse, challenges with children and blended families, divorce, midlife and second half of life issues, grief and retirement.
