As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I treat all mental health conditions for those 18 years and older, ranging from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and psychosis. I also specialize in trauma and integrative psychiatry. During my first master's degree in nursing, I trained as a crisis counselor, SAFE-EMDR therapist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). After graduating from UC, I completed a residency in geriatric psychiatry, eventually creating a dementia support program.
I have over 20 years of experience providing care while in military & civilian roles. I am now the Director of our Dementia Support Program and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP). I am also completing my integrative psychiatry certificate through IPI and specialize in functional psychiatry.
