I have a passion for helping individuals who are struggling with self-esteem, trauma, depression, and anxiety. The ideal client for my practice is seeking to improve their overall wellness with the desire to minimize medication. These clients are open to my alternative methods of shamanic practices and energy psychology. This client is seeking the happiness in their unique self and is hoping to find the self-love they deserve.
My specialty offers a holistic approach to address the needs of my clients. This can include functional med labs to address any underlying issues that may be contributing to their symptoms, use of supplements and medication based on the needs. I incorporate talk therapy with energy psychology and shamanic practices to incorporate the mind, body, & soul.
I have faced many challenges in my life, that included depression and anxiety. My journey has motivated me to seek out the education I needed to offer support & to guide healing for those in need. Overcoming my challenges, when I never thought I could, has given me the ability to support you and to also challenge you in finding your answers within.
