My passion lies in working with teens and young adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I also help those going through life transitions, feeling overwhelmed by performance-related or everyday stressors, struggling with their emotional experience, or seeking a better understanding of themselves and/or their relationships. My integrative approach to treatment may combine a variety of techniques and modalities including psychotherapy, medication management, neutraceutical supplementation, mind-body techniques, and lifestyle coaching (nutrition, sleep, exercise).
