I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years experience in healthcare. I treat many conditions, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety and ADHD. My specialty is dealing with College, Graduate, and Professional students, however I enjoy working with adults of all ages and at different stages of life, including retirement. I routinely work with students from Columbia, NYU, and University of Miami. I also enjoy working with teens age 16 and above navigate their way through problems related to work, relationships, and life transitions, including cancer and other health related struggles and anxiety.

I believe every patient and situation are unique. I am non-judgmental and strive to help patients achieve a functional and fulfilling life. I use DBT modalities in each session for treatment. I use an evidenced based approach for diagnosis and treatment and routinely stay updated on new research encompassing all aspects of psychopharmacology and therapy.

I incorporate wellness tips into each visit and believe spending time in nature and disconnecting from technology are healthy. I will meet you where you are and explore how to make your world a better place. My practice was named after Gulf Breeze Proper which is a beautiful place I enjoy with my family, though NY will always be home.
