Together we work to create a shared space that is secure and safe. I listen for the unconscious self-destructive ideas and feelings repeated in the world but generated in your unique past. The secrets, the shames, the regrets the losses can all be worked through if you finally feel safe to share them in the company of a trusted person.

Treatment works by fulfilling two tasks simultaneously: the first is to demonstrate the many unconscious ways each of us often defeats himself, the second is to together to set aside unrealistic childlike wishes and fears in favor of better emotional solutions to living.
