I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. As a BIPOC provider I believe navigating clients’ life challenges through an intersectional lens is necessary in order to heal. Along with a functional medicine in lieu of medication management, I provide supportive psychotherapy that incorporates and skills based techniques.
