Integrative Psychiatry includes traditional psychiatric practice as well as elements of Integrative Medicine, including supplements, nutrition, sleep management, lifestyle modification, and mind-body modalities such as reiki, and mindfulness. I offer telemedicine services so you can continue to embrace your life with as little interruption as possible.
I am board-certified in psychiatry and a graduate of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine's two-year Fellowship. I founded Dara Wellness to expand the Integrative Psychiatry model to all areas of the Gulf Coast. Dara is Irish for oak, a reference to the Tree of Life. Dara Wellness embraces it as a symbol of one’s whole health:mind, body, & spirit.
