I am a board-certified licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with five years of experience in medically managing children, adolescents, adults, and elderly individuals with mental health diagnoses. I have special clinical interests in anxiety, depression and mood disorders with special interest in life changes, healthy lifestyle models and navigating grief and trauma.

I received my Masters and Bachelors degree in Nursing from Regis College as well as my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. I have served a diversified clientele with extensive experience at South Shore Psychiatric Services, Boston Medical Center, and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.

I use a whole mind-body approach to wellness. In addition to a thorough psychiatric evaluation with recommendations for medication management, I believe a complete review of lifestyle and habits is part of managing your mental health.
