I help teenagers and people under 65 years of age living in California and struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, mood issues, ADHD, or sleep issues to be calm, enjoy their lives, and stay focused. If you have tried different medications without success or taken medication for years and want to come off it. I can help. I respect the experiences that individuals bring to their appointment. I take an individual approach in evaluating the person to get to know their perceptions, story, and cultural nuances.

I offer integrative and functional psychiatric care that goes beyond medication. I provide targeted psychotherapy with proven complementary and other nontraditional psychiatric treatment modalities. I can order genetic tests for individualized medication choice. No two treatment plans are the same. My objective is to help my patients reach their goals.

I have practiced for over 25 years. I met people, including medical professionals, who deny the existence of mental illness or are ashamed of their disease. I know what it feels like to be dismissed by professionals and unable to talk to family and friends. Healing is possible. I listen professionally with my heart.
