In life we can sometimes feel stuck in old patterns. Or maybe our sleep, eating, or job performance has changed. Mood, physical health, and mental health are all connected. Primarily, I see my job as one of listener and guide. Together, we can figure out what's keeping you from being a joyful resilient person. It takes courage and strength to ask for help. I am committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy that is anti-racist and trauma-informed. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which uses the nervous system's natural ability to heal itself. As a queer non-binary person with ADHD, I have faced struggles too. And I have learned valuable tools and insights. These keep me moving toward thriving more than surviving.

At times I use expressive arts, when we both draw or write creatively or role-play a difficult conversation. Arts exercises can go well with Jungian active imagination, especially for re-energizing your creativity.
