Taking a holistic, evidence-based, and personalized approach, I hope to help you find the root causes of your distress so that we can create lasting, meaningful change together.
I draw from my diverse training in client-centered care, evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, etc.), complex trauma treatment, somatic psychotherapy, schema therapy, nutritional and integrative lifestyle interventions for mental health, creative arts therapies, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to create a personalized treatment plan that honors your needs.
