Do you feel like you're surfing the waves of life or getting smacking in the face by them? If it's the latter, you're in the right place. Therapy doesn't have to be intimidating - my sessions are usually lighthearted and uplifting - even as we tackle what's drowning you (am I overusing this water metaphor?) My sessions are based around highly respected models (CBT, DBT, ACT...for those of you who like acronyms), with a focus on mindfulness, self-compassion and accountability. I also love incorporating art-making in to engage your whole brain in the healing process.

My specialties are substance use, mood disorders, and trauma - but I've been a therapist for nearly a decade and have a wide range of experience.
