I use IMAGO relationship therapy to help me work with you in both individual sessions as well as couple/group/parenting sessions. We all want to create more connected, healthier and loving relationships in our lives and together we can figure out your relationship patterns, the causes of conflict in your relationships, and ways to heal those parts of the self that are more difficult to access. Therapy can be an empowering way to increase flexibility in one's life and to improve well being at home and at work. My goal is to help you increase your flexibility and learn more effective ways to interact with others.

I was originally trained as a child psychologist and have 25 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I also trained in IMAGO relationship therapy and have used IMAGO concepts to help individuals, couples and parents limit power struggles and lead more conscious, fulfilling lives.

As a gay identified therapist, I also work at empowering LGBTQQ clients throughout the various stages of their identity formation. My research focused on fathering and gay fathers in particular. As a result, I have also provided support groups for both heterosexual and gay fathers.
