Gratitude, my name is Adriana and I am a therapist who values the importance of returning to self. I believe that weaving our cultural, physical, spiritual, and communal spaces is essential to healing. We all have an innate wisdom that has been silenced along the way and we must find our way back to ourselves. I am passionate about working with clients who are struggling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life adjustments/ transitions, and feeding and eating disorders.
I work from a holistic and social justice framework. I incorporate techniques grounded in CBT, ACT, attachment, somatic, trauma focused, and mindfulness based.
