By providing support, I help folks heal wounding and discomfort by supporting them as they begin their restorative journey. Through active listening, a deep understanding from lived experience, and evidence based techniques, I help you find your truth and motivations and then support you to access a healing journey.
I strive to create a welcoming space for all those that decide to start their healing journey with me. Additionally, as a queer identifying person, I create a safe space for those that identify with the LGBTQ+ and Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Expansive community. I am also Neurodivergent affirming and educated.
