I provide therapy that is inviting, conversational, and warm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck despite having a lot of insight into their trauma, depression, disordered eating, and/or anxiety. I work with folks feeling stuck to facilitate change from a trauma-informed, evidence-based, anti-oppressive framework. I am especially committed to serving the QTBIPOC community and I love working with people who are grappling with what healing and wellness mean in a world where trauma and oppression are ongoing.
As a certified Body Trust provider, I enjoy working with people on improving their relationship to food and their body with size equity and inclusivity in mind. I am also trained in EMDR (a therapy that can reduce the impact of trauma symptoms) and I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help people move towards their goals.
