I believe that supporting an individual’s emotional well-being is the primary force for positive growth. In therapy clients can safely explore thoughts and feelings in a way that creates space to see our patterns more clearly. I work from a psychoanalytic perspective with a gentle aim in uncovering defensive operations. This approach allows your emotional intelligence to support your life goals . I work with men struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship conflicts as well as those working through issues with identity, fatherhood, sexuality, or career change. Men are often taught to ignore their emotions life at great cost to themselves, their partners and families. Finding a safe place to explore masculinity is often very healing.
