Our work together will be collaborative and address you as a whole person. I work with adolescents, adults and families with a range of mental health and substance use concerns. I use a variety of evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and more to help you heal, grow, and live empowered.
