Feeling steady and rooted in relationships with ourselves and others can help establish a foundation for a greater sense of wellbeing. Through a relational and attachment-focused approach, I support people hoping to have a deeper understanding of themselves and their connections with those around them (friends, family, community, etc.). This may include exploring cultural and ancestral identity, which is another component of someone better knowing who they are and how they engage with the world around them. I am also here for helping professionals seeking support through compassion fatigue and feeling overworked from their careers.
Throughout our time in therapy, my main priority is to provide a safe and inviting space for you (and us) to explore different areas of your life. Complementary to talk-therapy, I may offer mind-body practices (yoga/movement, mindfulness, etc.) to be integrated in treatment as feels appropriate and if you are open to this additional support.
If you think we might be a good fit, please feel welcome to reach out and schedule a 15-minute consultation!
