This is your sign that you’re ready to live a life that is true to yourself, working through your past and finding ways to accept and trust yourself. I am here for your lore. In our sessions you have permission to abandon the hustle of life and move slowly, intentionally, and in ways that feel good for you. We will work together to find ways that work with you and that “loud” brain, even if you’d rather chew glass than meditate. No need to get all dressed up for our sessions, they aren’t interviews. You can come into session just as you are, in a flare, before work, in sweatpants—there is no requirement for how you have to be.
We work together to find who you are under all the masks. Sometimes “doing the work” just means laughing, breathing, and feeling safe and at ease—and that’s exactly what I strive to create for you in each of our sessions. I help my clients calm their nervous systems and create self awareness through somatic body awareness, acceptance and mindfulness.
Individuals I work with tend to have chronic pain, ADHD, anxiety and/or complex trauma. This is a safe place with acceptance of all lifestyles. When I’m not working my dream job I am waiting for my next doctor appt (very mindful, very demure) or loving a new neurospicy hobby. A 15 minute consultation is always free with no strings attached!
