I love working with all humans, whether in individual, coupled, group, or family form. Everyone is welcome here. I assist couples in confronting what is getting in the way of their connection and rediscover their romantic bonds. I lift and empower individuals to see themselves clearly and break through the cobwebs and fog in order to be able to live their best and most fulfilled lives. When working with members of a family, I facilitate connection and communication around difficult topics and stagnation in order to find more peace and unification.
I use a multidimensional approach as an Emotionally-Focused, and Somatically-Focused therapist, as well as a yoga/movement/mindfulness/breathwork instructor. I assess whether cognitive, emotional or somatic approaches will best fit a given moment in our therapeutic work together, as I believe they complement each other and are all necessary.
We will work together over time to build 1) trust with ourselves and others, 2) more awareness over how our previous experiences, thoughts and emotions shape our current reality, and to create something new and deeply wanted in place. We will learn how to move through life with more trust, ease, and strength to adapt to inevitable changes and challenges.
